Google will release 3rd Android 11 developer preview in May 2020. According to Google , the first beta version of Android 11 is due to be released in May 2020, and platform stability should be achieved in June. Google has released a new developer preview of Android 11. The third pre-release now brings some new features that could make it easier for programmers. The Exit Reasons API, for example, can be used to get details after an app suddenly quits. In the third preview version, Google updated the API based on user suggestions. The new ADB incremental mode should speed up the transfer of files via ADB (Android Debug Bridge). The installation of very large APK files via ADB can sometimes take a long time and thus reduce productivity.  Thanks to ADB Incremental, the transfer of files with more than 2 GB should be up to ten times faster. Asus improves the notebook with the display in the touchpad

The Screen pad 2.0 is no longer just the Zenbook Pro withheld. Asus also sells the Zenbook 14 and Zenbook 15 with the second screen in the touch pad. In addition, the case has been revised and made much more compact. Nevertheless, a dedicated GPU fits into it.

Even before the Ifa 2019 Asus presents its improved Zenbooks, The Zenbook 14 (UX434FL) and the Zenbook 15 (UX534FT) differ in their display sizes of 14 and 15.6 inches, respectively. Accordingly, the chassis of the 14-inch model measures 319 x 199.5 x 18.2 mm, the larger version measures 354.4 x 220.4 x 18.9 mm. The models have compared to the two-year-old predecessor from the year 2017 about 13 percent less footprint, which is partly due to the slightly narrower display edges. The new versions also have no unused edge underneath the screen.

The Screen pad 2.0 serves as a second screen or to display various Asus applications. This can be a calendar, calculator or simple number pad. In the test of the Zenbook Pro 14 , the 5.65-inch touchscreen proved helpful, but it requires a lot of energy.

Both notebooks use a glossy IPS panel with Full HD resolution. Optionally, there are variants with touch screen and in the 15-inch model also a 4K panel. Only in the larger version fits a dedicated GPU type GeForce GTX 1650 into it. The 14-inch variant uses a Geforce MX 250, which calculates slower. Both notebooks are available with Core i5-8265U or Core i7-8565U, each with four cores, eight threads and 1.8 or 1.6 GHz clock speed. The 15-watt Whiskey Lake chips are already a bit older. There are also eight or 16 GB of DDR4 memory and an M2 SSD with 256, 512 or 1000 GB of storage space.

Both notebooks have a similar variety of connections: Two USB-A sockets and a USB-C port with 3.2 Gen 2 speed and an HDMI port are included. The 14-inch device has a micro-SD card reader, the 15.6-inch notebook uses an SD card reader. Both systems transmit Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0. The battery holds 50 or 72 watt-hours.
